Instructions
Plain fries:
Pre-heat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
Place fries in the air fryer with option to spray them with a little cooking oil (I've found that this gets the fries a little crispier but they still turn out great without it!).
Cook for 18-22 minutes, tossing halfway. ENJOY!
Sweet Potato Fries:
Pre-heat the air fryer to 350 degrees F. I found that these turn out better cooked a little lower (350 instead of 400).
Place fries in the air fryer with option to spray them with a little cooking oil (I've found that this gets the fries a little crispier but they still turn out great without it!).
Cook for 12-15 minutes, tossing halfway. ENJOY!
Seasoned Curly Fries:

Notes
For all of the recipes: it's okay if the fries are slightly overlapped but you don't want to over crowd the basket by having multiple layers of fries. I aim for one layer that a bit packed
