Here are 4 different dipping sauce recipes to try next time you have fresh artichokes on hand!


Ingredients

  • 1 package of Ocean Mist Season & Steam Artichokes

Simple Butter Lemon Garlic sauce

  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) salted butter, melted
  • 1 garlic clove, grated (or more are desired)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons of dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Greek Yogurt Garlic lemon dipping sauce

  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (or mayo)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Raspberry Dipping sauce

  • 3 tablespoons of raspberry jam (ideally seedless)
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Cook your artichokes according to package directions.
  2. Make your desired sauce by combining all of the flavor’s ingredients in a medium bowl until fully combined.
