No-Bake Pumpkin Pie

  • 1 Graham cracker crust
  • 1/2 cup of confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups of whipped cream
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice


  1. Combine the sugar, whipped cream, pumpkin puree, and spice in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth out the mixture as best possible.
  3. Chill for at least 3 hours but preferably overnight.
  4. Top with a bit more whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon and ENJOY!!
