  • cooked quinoa
  • milk (almond, coco, regular, whatever)
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • honey
  • tablespoon of chopped nuts
  • dried (or fresh) fruit


  1. put desired amount of cooked quinoa in a bowl.
  2. cover with milk as you would cereal.
  3. top with honey, cinnamon, nuts, and fruits.
  4. ENJOY!
