These Easy Cranberry & Pecan Brussel Sprouts are perfect for holiday dinners or even quick weeknight meals


  • 16 ounce package of Ocean Mist Quick Cook Sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil⁠⠀
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of fine sea salt, plus more to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries⁠⠀
  • 1/2 cup of pecans, lightly chopped⁠
  • optional balsamic glaze for drizzling


  1. Open bag and toss in the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Re-seal bag and cook according to package instructions (microwave for 5 minutes).
  3. Optional step: place the steamed sprouts on a baking sheet and toss with the pecans. Broil for 5 minutes to toast the nuts and lightly crisp up the sprouts. Watch them carefully as every broiler is different. Remove from oven and toss in the cranberries.
  4. If not broiling: simply toss he sprouts into a bowl along with the pecans and dried cranberries.
  5. Serve with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and ENJOY!
