Cheesy Double Stacked Taco Shells
These taco shells are super cheesy and such a fun way to serve up tacos!
Servings: 1 taco shell
Ingredients
- 1 hard taco shell
- 1 soft flour tortilla of roughly equal size to the hard shell
- 2-3 tablespoons shredded cheese
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Spray a small skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat.
- Once hot, add the soft tortilla and top with the shredded cheese. Cover the skillet and let the cheese melt fully. Add the hard shell to one side and fold the cheesy soft tortilla around it.
- Remove from the heat and use with your favorite taco fillings!
