Chocolate Hemp Smoothie

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of almond milk, plus more if needed to blend the smoothie
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of hemp seeds
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a blender, blend together the almond milk and dates until the dates are fully blended.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until creamy smooth. Add in a touch more almond milk (or water) if needed.
  3. ENJOY!!
