- 1 cup of almond milk, plus more if needed to blend the smoothie
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 heaping tablespoon of hemp seeds
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- In a blender, blend together the almond milk and dates until the dates are fully blended.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until creamy smooth. Add in a touch more almond milk (or water) if needed.
