Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • Frozen banana
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 cup of liquid (any kind of milk or even just water works well)
  • ½ cup of yogurt of choice (could swap this for cooked caulifllower but might need a tough more liquid)
  • ¼ cup of old fashioned oats
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
  2. ENJOY!


**For the video, I doubled the recipe to get 2 smoothies. This recipe only makes ONE average sized smoothie :)
