Ingredients
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- Frozen banana
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1 cup of liquid (any kind of milk or even just water works well)
- ½ cup of yogurt of choice (could swap this for cooked caulifllower but might need a tough more liquid)
- ¼ cup of old fashioned oats
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.

Notes
**For the video, I doubled the recipe to get 2 smoothies. This recipe only makes ONE average sized smoothie :)
