Strawberry Cinnamon Smoothie

  • 1 cup of non-dairy milk (I used almond milk)
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of raw cashews
  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana (optional)
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, plus more for topping if desired


  1. In a blender, combine the milk and cashews. Blend until there are no chunks of cashew remaining.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until creamy and smooth. Add in a bit more liquid if needed.
  3. Serve and ENJOY!!
