- 1 cup of non-dairy milk (I used almond milk)
- 2 heaping tablespoons of raw cashews
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1 banana (optional)
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, plus more for topping if desired
- In a blender, combine the milk and cashews. Blend until there are no chunks of cashew remaining.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until creamy and smooth. Add in a bit more liquid if needed.
- Serve and ENJOY!!
