For a pitcher:
6ouncesof pomegranate juice
1bottle of Korbel® Brut
4tablespoonsof rosemary simple syrup
for serving: extra sprigs of rosemarypomegranate seeds
Instructions
To make the simple syrup:
Combine the sugar, water, and rosemary in a small saucepan and heat to simmering. Simmer for 2 minutes and then remove from heat. Let steep for 30 minutes before discarding the rosemary sprigs. Store in the fridge in a sealed container.
For a single cocktail:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail glass, garnish with pomegranate seeds and rosemary, and serve.
For a pitcher:
Mix all of the ingredients in a pitcher and garnish with fresh rosemary and pomegranate seeds.
