Tropical Berry Smoothie Bowl

For smoothie**:

  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt (I used vanilla fravored)

For Greek yogurt drizzle:

  • 2 tablespoons of greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of almond milk

Toppings: almond slices, coconut, strawberry, raspberry, and mango slices, chia seeds, drizzled greek yogurt

  • **It is best if at least 1/4 to 1/2 of the fruit is frozen


For the smoothie bowl:

  1. Combine all of the smoothie ingredients and blend.
  2. Pour in bowls.
  3. Top of fruit, nuts, seeds, or whatever else your heart desires.
  4. Drizzle with the greek yogurt.

Greek yogurt drizzle:

  1. whisk together greek yogurt and almond milk.
