Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed or ground chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons of water

Instructions

  1. Mix together the ground flax/ chia and the water. Stir to combine.
  2. Let sit a few minutes and then use as you would 1 regular egg.
