Vegan No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

For the crust:

For the pie:

  • 22 1/2 cups of coconut whipped cream (I followed the recipe and used as much as it made)
  • 1/2 cup of creamy natural peanut butter

Instructions

For the crust:

  1. Stir together all of the crust ingredients until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a round pie pan. I pressed all of mine into the bottom of the pan but you could also spread some onto the sides to make a more traditional pie crust.
  3. Place in the freezer to harden while you prepare the rest of the pie (can sit in the fridge/ freezer overnight if desired).

For the pie:

  1. Mix together the coconut whip and the peanut butter until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture over top of the crust and spread out evenly into the pan.
  3. Place in the fridge to harden for at least an hour.
  4. Top with pb cups and peanuts and ENJOY!!
