– 1 large round loaf of bread* – 8 ounce round of brie cheese – 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced – 1 tablespoon of honey – 2–3 tablespoons of cranberry sauce – for serving: fresh thyme, apples, pears, and the excess bread from the loaf

Start by cutting a large hole in a round loaf of bread

Remove enough bread so that the cheese round fits in

Slice the excess bread into bite sized pieces

Cut slits around the edges of the loaf making sure not to cut all the way through to the bottom

Place the cheese into the bread and score the top

Top with garlic, honey, and cranberry sauce

Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes

Serve with toasted bread, apples, and pear slices!
