Candy Cane Cookies

Step 1

Cream together butter and sugar then add extract and milk

Whisk together flour, cornstarch & salt

Step 2

Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Add food coloring to half the dough

Step 3

One tablespoon of dough at a time, roll it into 7" long strips

Step 4

Step 5

Twist a red and white dough strip together to form a candy cane shape.

Step 6

Place on a bake sheet and bake for 10 minutes

Step 7

Lightly spray with cooking oil and sprinkle  sugar on top

ENJOY!

Enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container.
