Easy Vegetarian Dinner!
Super simple to make and so ridiculously filling and delicious!
Rinse and dry the chickpeas and then add them to a skillet with olive oil
Mix in salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, and garlic powder. Cook until crispy. About 8 minutes.
Assemble your gryo with pita, tzatziki, cucumbers, tomato, red onion, and the chickpeas
Serve and ENJOY! So simple and so so GOOD!
