Vegan Chickpea Pot Pie

This Chickpea Pot pie is like classic chicken pot pie but with chickpeas instead of chicken. It's vegan and delicious!
Melt the butter, add in the onion and celery and saute for 5 minutes until softened.
Mix in flour, salt and pepper and stir until the flour is fully combined. Stir in milk and broth
Stir in chickpeas and veggies then add mixture to your pie
Crimp on the top crust and bake for 40 minutes
Let cool slightly and then dig in! Comforting and delicious!
