Chocolate Cherry Coffee Cake

This chocolate cherry coffee cake is simple to make and FULLY VEGAN (but no one will know and everyone will LOVE it!).

In a large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda + powder, and salt.


Make the topping by combining flour, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vegan butter


Whisk together the wet ingredients: plant based milk, oil, vinegar, and extract.


Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix. Fold in cherries and chocolate


Pour into a greased cake pan and bake for 50 minutes


Serve the coffee cake warm and ENJOY!
