Easy Orange Tofu
Why you'll LOVE IT:
This is a great meat-free version of one of your favorite take out dishes. It's simple and so delicious!
Press firm/ extra firm tofu and break it into large chunks
Add tofu to a large bowl and toss with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
Saute the tofu chunks in olive oil until browned on all sides.
Make the sauce by whisking together orange juice, zest, vinegar, maple syrup, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and a pinch of red pepper flakes
Heat the sauce until thickened and then toss in the tofu to coat
Serve immediately and ENJOY!
