Easy Tofu Satay

Why you'll LOVE IT:

This Tofu Satay is GREAT for grilling season and perfect bbqs and get togethers!

Cut a block of tofu into large cubes and then freeze them (freezing is optional but highly recommended!)

Whisk together the coconut milk, soy sauce, curry powder, turmeric, ginger, garlic, and brown sugar

Add in the thawed tofu and marinate for 30 minutes or even several hours

Place the tofu on your skewers, about 5 pieces to each skewer. Grill 3 minutes per side

Serve with peanut sauce and ENJOY! So simple and delicious!
