Vegan Meatballs
Keep meaning to make a giant batch to keep in the freezer for lazy dinners
Sauteing some onions and mushrooms. Don't worry too much about getting them finely chopped bc it'll all go in a food processor
Adding the remaining ingredients in the food processor + the mushroom mixture
Adding flour, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and the veggie mixture to the food processor
Once blended, this is the texture and consistency we're aiming for. It's rather sticky and will hold together nicely
Roll into large balls until you've used up all of the mixture!
Using the same skillet and adding some oil over medium heat. You can also bake these
Some people have said that their meatballs stuck to the pan a lot. If you not have a good nonstick skillet then I suggest baking these instead
Cooked for 4 minutes on the top and bottom and then one minute on each of the 4 sides. So 12 minutes total
Optional step: add your sauce directly to the skillet with the meatballs
