General Tso's Tofu

Why you'll LOVE IT:

This is such a great weeknight dinner that's easy to make and even better than takeout - PLUS it's fully vegan and meat free!

Make the sauce by whisking together all of the ingredients in a bowl

Add remaining ingredients and whisk. Set aside

Start by breaking your tofu into large bite sized chunks

Toss with cornstarch, salt and pepper

Add to a greased skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides. Set aside.

Add the sauce into the same pan and cook until it begins to thicken

Add in the cooked tofu and toss to combine in the sauce

Serve immediately and ENJOY!
