Gnocchi al Pomodoro
Why you'll LOVE IT:
This gnocchi dish comes together in a large skillet and is packed with cheese and FLAVOR!
Cook parsley, basil, and rosemary in oil for a few minutes to infuse the flavors
Remover herbs and cook onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Add salt + pepper
Stir in all of the tomatoes, cream, and wine.
Add herbs back in + a bay leaf and stir. Bring to a simmer and stir in gnocchi
Add in mozzarella balls, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve immediately and ENJOY!
