How to Grill Artichokes

Why you'll LOVE IT:

It's so easy to make these Grilled Artichokes and the smokey flavor added by the grill is SO delicious!

Start out by prepping the artichokes: cutting off the bottom leaves and snipping the tips off of the others.


Scoop out the inside of the artichoke and snip the top of each leaf


Brush lemon juice all over the artichoke to keep it from browning and season with oil and salt


In an instant pot (can also be done on the stove) add in lemon and water and then the trivet. Add artichokes and cook high pressure for 10 minutes.


Grill for 5-10 minutes until nice grill marks form! Enjoy!
