Vegan Lentil Chili

This lentil chili is PACKED with flavor and completely plant based. It's so filling and makes great leftovers!

Heat the oil in a large pot. Add in the onion and cook for 5 minutes. Add in the garlic and saute 2 minutes

Stir in broth, lentils, tomato sauce, tomatoes, beans, cocoa powder, s + p, and spices

Stir and bring to a boil. Simmer for 25 minutes or until lentils are cooked through

Serve with your favorite chili toppings and enjoy!!
