Mexican Street Corn

This is the perfect summer recipe thats packed with flavor and simple to make! Great for weeknight dinners and parties.

Cook your corn cobs on the grill for 4 minutes per side for a total of about 12 minutes

In a bowl, combine Crema sour cream, mayo, cotija, garlic, salt, lime juice & zest,  and cilantro

Top the grilled corn with the Cotija mixture so that it's mostly covered

Sprinkle with chipotle chili powder and more cilantro as desired

Serve immediately and ENJOY!
