Mexican Street Corn Salad

Cook your corn cobs on the grill for 4 minutes per side for a total of about 12 minutes. Once cool, cut from the cob. You can also use canned corn

In a bowl, combine Crema sour cream, mayo,  garlic, salt, lime juice & zest,  and cilantro

Add the corn to a large bowl along with the other veggies and mix-ins

Add in the sauce and toss to combine thoroughly

Garnish with lime juice and additional cotija, serve immediately and ENJOY!
