Easy Mexican Street Corn

Simple to make and packed with flavor, it's the perfect side dish for Cinco de Mayo!

Cook your corn cobs on the grill for 4 minutes per side for a total of about 12 minutes


In a bowl, combine Crema sour cream, mayo, cotija, garlic, salt, lime juice & zest,  and cilantro


Top the grilled corn with the Cotija mixture so that it's mostly covered


Sprinkle with chipotle chili powder and more cilantro as desired


Serve immediately and ENJOY!
