Delicious Oat Flour Muffins

These muffins are fully gluten free and so simple to make! PLUS they're completely vegan and delicious!
In a large bowl, mash 1 banana and then mix in maple syrup, milk of choice, vanilla, and nut butter
Mix in the dry ingredients to the same bowl: oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt
Fold in optional mix ins such as chocolate chips or blueberries
Spoon in a muffin tray and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Let cool and ENJOY! So moist and delicious!
