Sautéed Mushrooms and Onions

This Sautéed Mushrooms and Onions recipe is so simple to make and very versatile eaten on protein, as a side and more!

In a  skillet, heat the oil and add in the onion. Saute for 8 minutes.


Add in the butter and the mushrooms and saute for an additional 5 minutes.


Mix in the garlic, salt + pepper, wine/ broth, herbs, and lemon juice. Cook for 5 additional minutes


Squeeze on lemon juice and garnish with herbs. Enjoy!
