Start by cooking your sweet potatoes. In a bowl, mix together the flour and salt

Pour the flour on a clean surface and rice/ mash the potatoes directly on top of the flour

Use your hands to work the potato into the flour until it's fully combined. Roll into a ball and cut that in 4 sections

Cut the gnocchi into 1 inch pieces and use a board or fork to create grooves

Make the sauce by heating butter with garlic and then adding in fresh sage.

Boil a pot of water and add in the gnocchi. Once they float to the top, remove them (about 3 minutes)

Serve immediately and ENJOY! Also makes great leftovers!
