Easy Smoked Tempeh

This tempeh bowl is PACKED with protein and such a delicious and easy meal to make!

Prep the tempeh by cutting it into your desired shape


Make the marinate whisking together: soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, liquid smoke, olive oil, and maple syrup in a shallow bowl


Add in the tempeh and marinade for 30+ minutes (or even overnight)


Place tempeh on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes


Flip tempeh and bake 10 more minutes, adding on the snap peas to also bake


Serve immediately and ENJOY - great for meal prep!
