Slice the tempeh very thin so that it's about 1/8th of an inch thick
Whisk together the soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, liquid smoke, olive oil, and maple syrup
Add the tempeh to the dish and marinate for 30+ minutes
Line the strips up on the baking sheet and pour the marinade on each strip. Bake for 20 mins
Bake until crispy around the edges and enjoy!
