Tofu "Chicken" Nuggets

These Tofu Nuggets are flavorful, delicious, and simple to make. They are freeze well so they’re great to just pop in the oven for an easy and tasty meal.

Press your tofu and then break it into large chunks. These don't need to be perfect!

Whisk together the marinade and then add in the tofu to soak

Mix together flax meal, plant milk, and lemon juice to make a vegan buttermilk. Add in tofu chunks and let it soak.

Make the breading and then dip the tofu chunks in it so that they're fully covered in breading

Fry the tofu chunks in oil for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown

Serve and ENJOY! Store in the freezer for easy meals later!
