The key to truly delicious tofu is all in the marinade! These 6 marinades are simple to make and great for meal prep.

First up: Cilantro Lime Tofu. Start by mixing together all of the ingredients: cilantro, lime, oil, maple syrup, garlic, and salt.

Add in the tofu and marinate for at least 30 minutes or even overnight!

Once ready to cook, you can pan fry it, air fry it, bake it, and more!

2nd: BBQ Tofu. Mix together: oil, bbq sauce, vinegar, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt and liquid smoke. Add tofu and marinate

3rd: Teriyaki Tofu. Mix together: oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, water, and salt. Add tofu and marinate.

4th: oil, balsamic, water, maple syrup, garlic and salt. Add tofu and marinate.

5th: Fajita tofu. Mix together oil, lime juice, water, maple syrup, salt, cumin, garlic, paprika, onion powder, chili powder. Add tofu and marinate.

6th: Thai Peanut Tofu. Mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, rice vinegar, maple syrup, garlic, and ginger
