Easy Vegan Biscuits

Why you'll LOVE IT:

These homemade biscuits are easy to make and FULLY vegan (but no one will even know!). Fluffy and delicious!

Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.


Make vegan buttermilk by combining plant based milk and lemon juice and set aside


Grate vegan butter over top of the dry ingredients. Mix with your hands.


Roll out the dough, cut it in half and then stack it on top of each other (this creates the layers!)


Serve immediately and ENJOY! So fluffy and DELICIOUS!
