Overnight Vegan Cinnamon Rolls

I'm going to show you how to make my vegan cinnamon rolls with the option to prep them the night before!

Super easy to prep the night before so in the morning, all you have to do is let them rest on the counter before putting them in the oven to bake!

Melting my butter in a small saucepan

Adding 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 1/2 cups of plant based milk. Heating it to about 110 degrees

It's really important that you don't overheat the liquid or else it will burn the yeast. And if it's too cold then it won't active the yeast

I over-heated my liquid ??‍♀️ No biggie: just let it cool to the proper temperature before adding the yeast.

Poured the butter mixture in a large bowl and added in 3 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour as well as 3/4 teaspoon of salt

Now cover the dough and let double in size. It takes about an hour

Adding in a bit more flour and then kneading it for about 3 minutes.

Dough is starting to come together and is less shaggy. It'll be a bit sticky but should not stick to your hands

If it does stick to your hands, simply add a bit more flour to the dough

Rolled the dough out into a rectangle thats about 9x15 inches. Then rub v butter on top

Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, roll up, and cut into 1 inch pieces. You'll get about 12 (forgot to film that part)

Place in a greased casserole dish, cover, and chill overnight. If you're making them right away, this is when you would let them do their 2nd rise

In the morning, simply let them sit on the counter for an hour before you're ready to bake them! This is the second rise and they should puff up a bit more

After they've baked for 30 minutes, top with frosting!

How perfect are these!?

You NEED these asap! ?
