Easy Vegan Gingerbread Cookies
Cream together butter & sugar
Add your vegan butter to a stand mixer and cream together with the brown sugar
Add in remaining wet ingredients
Into the stand mixer, add in a flax egg and molasses and mix again
Mix in the dry ingredients
Now the dry ingredients go in: flour, baking soda, salt, and spices. Once dough comes together, chill.
Roll the dough out
Roll the dough out to 1/4 inch thick. Cut out your favorite shapes, chill for 15 minutes and bake for 10 minutes
Enjoy your adorable cookies and store leftovers in an airtight container!
