These meatballs are simple to make and filled with nutrient dense ingredients! Easy and so delicious.
In a large skillet, saute onion and mushrooms. Add in garlic and saute another couple minutes.
Add veggie mixture to a food processor with brown rice, flour, bread crumbs, and spices.
Roll the mixture into balls and either bake or pan fry them. Either works well!
Serve with your favorite sauce over pasta, in a sub, or even on their own!
Serve immediately and ENJOY! Also great as a freezer meal or even meal prep!
