– 2 blocks of tofu, pressed – Vegetable oil for frying – 1 ¼ cup of veggie broth – 2 tablespoons of soy sauce – 1 teaspoon of garlic powder – 2 cups of plant based milk – 2 tablespoons of lemon juice – 2 tbs of  flaxseed meal – 2 cups all-purpose flour – 2 tbs of nutritional yeast – ⅓ cup cornstarch – spices

Break the tofu into large chunks about the size of small nuggets

Make the marinade and add in the tofu for 30 minutes

Combine all of the wet ingredients in a bowl

Combine all of the dry ingredients in another bowl

Squeeze out excess moisture. Dip in wet and then dry ingredients and repeat.

Fry until golden and crispy! Enjoy!
