Vegan Skillet Cookie

This skillet cookie is fully vegan and easy to make! Great cut into slices or you can dig right in the middle!

In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine the sugars and vegan butter. Cream together

Add in the vanilla, milk of choice, baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour

Fold in chocolate chips and/ or chunks until combined.

Press the dough into a greased, oven safe skillet and bake at 350 for 25 minutes

Serve warm or cooled and ENJOY!
