In a champagne glass, combine the peach nectar, sparkling wine, and simple syrup. Stir to combine and garnish with a peach slice or 2 (I like to use frozen peach slices!). ENJOY!

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy! If you have leftovers, you can pour it into popsicles molds to freeze for later. Enjoy!

You can make these 2 ways:
Follow the directions for the frozen bellini, cutting the recipe in half. Once blended and smooth, pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
In a bowl, mix together the peach nectar, champagne, and simple syrup. Pour the mixture evenly into the popsicle molds and place a peach slice into each mold. Place the popsicle sticks in and freeze overnight. ENJOY!
