Ingredients
1
cup
of almond milk
plus more if needed to blend the smoothie
2
medjool dates
pitted
2
frozen bananas
1 ½
tablespoons
of cocoa powder
1
heaping tablespoon of hemp seeds
sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions
In a blender, blend together the almond milk and dates until the dates are fully blended.
Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until creamy smooth. Add in a touch more almond milk (or water) if needed.
