1frozen bananaif desired, you can swap this for 1/2 cup of frozen cauliflower florets
½cupof yogurtvegan as desired
½cupmilk of choiceplus more liquid as needed/ desired*
2-3tablespoonsNut butter
Instructions
Add all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. If necessary, add a bit more liquid if you need to thin it out just a bit.

*I usually start with 1/2 cup of liquid and add more to get my blender going as needed. I like my smoothies very thick so add as little liquid as possible.
