Celery Juice 3 Ways
Celery juice doesn't have to be boring! See how to make THREE different flavors of it that are all simple and delicious!

Ingredients
Plain Celery Juice:
1.25
pound
bag of Dandy Celery
about 2 bunches of celery*
1
large lime
peel removed
Apple Celery Juice:
½
of a 1.25 pound bag of Dandy Celery
about 1 bunch of celery
1
large green apple
chopped to fit in your juicer
2
inch
piece of fresh ginger
Beet Celery Juice
½
of a 1.25 pound bag of Dandy Celery
about 1 bunch of celery
3
small- medium beets
scrubbed and chopped to fit in your juicer (leaves etc removed)
2
medium carrots
scrubbed clean
1
large lime
peel removed
3
small oranges
peeled and chopped to fit in your juicer
2
inch
piece of fresh ginger
1
large green apple
chopped to fit in your juicer
Instructions
Run all of the fruits and veggies through your juicer. Stir thoroughly to combine and enjoy!
I sometimes skim off some of the thick foam from the top of the juice before serving.
Store in an air tight container in the fridge for no more than 3 days. ENJOY!
Notes
The nice thing about the Dandy celery is that it's already prepped and ready to use- no washing or cutting required!
