Ingredients

scoop of vanilla protein powder
Frozen banana

tbs
maple syrup

cup
of liquid
any kind of milk or even just water works well
½
cup
of yogurt of choice
could swap this for cooked caulifllower but might need a tough more liquid
¼
cup
of old fashioned oats
½
teaspoon
of cinnamon
½
teaspoon
of vanilla extract
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.

Notes
**For the video, I doubled the recipe to get 2 smoothies. This recipe only makes ONE average sized smoothie :)
