- 240g (about 1 cup) of cashew milk
- 120g (about 1/2 a cup) of HOT and strong coffee
- 50g (about 3 tablespoons) of canned pumpkin
- 1g (about 1/2 teaspoon) of pumpkin pie spice
- 5 dates, pitted
- Add all of the ingredients to the base of a high speed blender.
- Blend for 30-60 seconds or until there are no date chunks left.
- Serve immediately sprinkled with a dash of nutmeg or more pumpkin pie spice.
