Ingredients
Chips for 2 people

cup
of Red bell pepper
diced
½
cup
of chopped red onion
1
cup
of black beans
drained and rinsed
1
cup
or more if desired of
Vegan Nacho Cheese Sauce
pico
½
an avocado
chopped
optional: nutritional yeast
vegan sour cream, cilantro, lime, sriracha, jalapeno
Instructions
Assemble the nachos by stacking the chips on a large plate and adding all of the toppings to the chips.
Cover in lots of cheese sauce and ENJOY!
