This High Protein French Onion Dip is so simple to make and a delicious vegan dip that everyone will love! It comes together with a few simple ingredients you might already have on hand!

Today I’m partnering with Duda Farm Fresh Foods! I’m using their fresh and crispy celery to pair with this yummy dip!

Celery is high in fiber and full of vitamins and minerals and just overall such a great kitchen staple! Even better, Dandy ® fresh-cut celery is naturally sweeter, crispier, and less stringy than other brands on the grocery store shelves!

How to make it

One of the things that I love about this recipe is that it is SO SIMPLE and comes together quickly. Well, you do have to caramelize the onions which takes a bit, but it’s SO EASY and absolutely worth it.

Start out by prepping the onions: slice them into thin strips and place them into a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Stir every few minutes, cooking for about 35-40 minutes until they reach a nice deep golden brown color. Set aside.

The rest of the dip comes together in a food processor by blending together the sour cream and tofu + spices before adding in the caramelized onions. And that’s it! Super easy!

Any leftovers can be stored in the fridge for easy snacking throughout the week! I like to portion this out into single servings so that I can grab it with a handful of celery sticks and enjoy while I’m getting work done. Such a simple and healthy snack!

That’s all for today! Thank you again to Duda Farm Fresh Foods for sponsoring this post and THANK YOU for supporting the brands that make my blog possible!
