Happy Friday!

I hope you’re having a lovely December and holiday season! We’re deep in gingerbread house making and cookie baking over here :)

I’m dropping in today with a NEW meal plan!

As always, please let me know if you need anything or have questions – I hope you have the most lovely weekend!

You can get the groceries easily right here!

Here are the meals we’re working with for next week:

weekly plan plan graphic with 6 different recipes for the week

Here’s what we’ve got this week:

✨ Get the printable shopping list here!

*the shopping list does NOT include ingredients for the bonus recipe. It also does not include rice, and vegetables for the butter noodles and Honey Garlic Tofu

Storage Containers:

🥡 I bought a multi-pack of THESE Snapware containers (affiliate link) at Costco a year ago and we really love them. This particular 5.5 cup size is my favorite as it allows me to fit a complete serving of a meal without it being too crowded.

Meal Prep Tips:

  • I like to do my grocery shopping on the same day that I meal prep or else some things will get lost in the abyss that is my fridge.
  • Monday: This is the ultimate meal prep recipe! It can be made in a slow cooker, pressure cooker, on the stovetop. Either make it ahead of time or prep the ingredients and have them all ready to be thrown in the pot before dinner.
  • Tuesday: Go ahead and chop the veggies and measure out the spices and other ingredients.
  • Wednesday: This comes together pretty quickly and is best made night of.
  • Thursday: this is great made ahead of time OR you could pre-roast the veggies and then start making the recipe from there night of.
  • Friday: this recipe is SO easy and a great Friday night meal. best made night of. you could save a little time by pre-shredded in the cheese.
  • BONUS: I thought this would be a FUN weekend baking project :)

I REALLY hope that you find these meal plans helpful. PLEASE PLEASE respond back to this email if you ever have questions OR suggestions for making the meal plans better.

Happy cooking!
